When do we sing?

It is perfectly fine for a school to sing whenever
they are able on the 21st!
If you want to be part of the continuously moving song, here are the times. Each school has been put into a 30-minute ZONE. A-ZONE is a section of the planet where hopefully enough schools are located that the song Light a Candle for Peace can be sung continuously for 30 minutes by all the schools assigned to that zone. This will make it possible for the song to be sung continuously for one full 24 hour day without stopping. There are 48 zones that make up the 24 hours in a day. Technically we need schools to sing at different times throughout the 30 minutes zone, so please don't feel you have to sing exactly at your assigned time. Anytime within 30 minutes of your assigned singing time helps us to keep the song going. One idea, if you are from a large school, is to start the song with one class and continue to pass the song on from class to class until the whole school has sung the song, filling up a greater portion of the 30-minute zone. We are open to all your ideas and look forward to seeing how each school will celebrate this special day!
